A taste of some of Erotica's Exhibitor highlights for 2001:

· Rosie Magazine, the raunchiest contact magazine on shelves around New Zealand. Guys, girls, couples, you name it, Rosie has it, along with great articles and fab pics.

· Aristocrats Adult Shop, the largest adult shop in the Bay of Plenty, specializing in adult toys, magazines, lingerie and adult videos.

· The Sauna People, able to build a sauna to suit your requirements, either indoors or outdoors. Get your free information pack on the world's finest saunas, steam rooms and sauna accessories.

Lighten Up, Sex is Fun

The inaugural Erotica, held in Auckland in August 2000, was a spectacular success; 16,243 adults visited the show over the three days it was open. Of the 500 people sampled in an exit5 poll, 45% were women, 34% were married, and the oldest person surveyed was an 87-year-old lady, who suggested there should be "more eye candy for women". The 2001 event is planned to be three times the size of Erotica 2000, with 115 stands covering 3,000 square metres of exhibition space.

Two female adult actress from PRIVATE; the world's best adult company, will be visiting the Expo: Sophie Evans, who was nominated as the top female actress at the recent porn version of the Oscars and is the biggest porn star in Europe at present and Lynn Stone, star of the new Private Virtualia series. Private are also intending to bring a male porn star, Tony Ribas, a Spanish actor and probably the best looking male actor in the business at the moment. Private's Marketing Director and one of their star film directors will also be attending the show. Private will again be a star exhibitor at Erotica. An American porn actress, Shayla LaVeaux, will be promoting her own video and toy line; previously unavailable in New Zealand.

Bree Maddox, the 2000 Penthouse Pet of the Year is returning this year with her own stand to promote her 2001 calendar, which will be released, and for sale at the show. Bree will be autographing her calendars and once again entertaining us with her very professional stage shows. The current Penthouse Pet will also be attending the Expo.

The New Zealand Angels, New Zealand's premiere erotic dance review, will be special guest stars and will have a stand selling merchandise and photo opportunities. Expect this year's stage production from this team to be truly spectacular with hard- hitting light, sound and pyrotechnic displays to complement their exquisite costumes and choreographed routines.

All stars will be available for photos with visitors and to sign autographs and meet the public.

In addition to the adult actors and actresses and Penthouse Pets, Erotica are bringing to New Zealand several very unique overseas entertainment acts, the likes of which have never been seen before in NZ. We can't go into any details at this time as we want these acts to be a surprise to visitors to the show.

An extra day has been added, Thursday 8th November, and will be special for women attending the Expo; a free gift will be given to every woman who visits the show on Thursday.

There will be a number of door and sop prizes, including overseas and local holidays, giveaways, and makeovers.

This year Erotica is continuing to expand on its policy of sponsorship of sports and other entertainment activities, and will dedicate a significant part of its sizeable marketing budget to sponsorship of the Erotica Midge Car Racing Team, the Fabian Coulthard Formula Ford Team and the K1 Tournament to name but a few events. Erotica will be presenting a sizeable cheque to a selected charity for its door take. It is policy to support a charity each year; last year it was our troops in Timor and this year, another good cause will benefit from people visiting the show.

Erotica is as much an entertainment venue as an Expo. There will be two stages with shows every half hour on either on of the stages.
