Girls Back Our Troops

Like the wartime feel-good campaigns of Bob Hope, Marilyn Monroe and more recently Kylie Minogue, King and other Kiwi celebrities want to show their aroha.

Project Timor was scheduled to arrive in Timor Sunday, August 13, but was delayed a month because of transport shortage. To do your bit, pick up a copy of this week's Truth at this weekend's Erotica Expo for the special price of $2 and have it signed by Bree and Vivienne.

A $1 from every sale will go to Project Timor.

King is chuffed with the, girl's support and all the help Project Timor has been getting.

"And to get two international stars behind us is absolutely great," he says.

Auckland radio station Hauraki raised over $21,000 in pledges last week from a 12-hour telethon. And if you want to get your hands on the jerseys the gorgeous pair are wearing on our cover, be at the Erotica Expo when the All Blacks play Australia on Saturday.

Once the game is over, the Expo organisers will auction the girls signed jerseys.
