Erotica Exhibitors Get Approval to Trade on ANZAC Day

We are pleased to advise that we have today received a letter dated 10 February 2010 from the New Zealand Department of Labour 'confirming' our understanding that exhibitors at the Erotica Lifestyles Expo being held over ANZAC weekend 2010 in Palmerston North are able to trade before 1pm on ANZAC Day under the exemption for "shop in premises where a bona fide exhibition or show is being held" (Section 4(1)(e) of the Act.
